You will be providing pension administration support for TPI advisers/clients and colleagues within TPI Pensions
Monitoring ongoing procedural developments and implementing changes to procedures where required.
Utilising your experience and knowledge within the pensions industry, you will provide support and training to new colleagues, checking and authorising work
You will be able to deal with member enquiries confidently whilst helping resolve complaints cases generated within the team
Other ad-hoc duties will include participating in daily/Monthly meetings and project work as directed by the Operations/Technical Manager
Previous detailed experience of administration of Personal pension SIPP/SSAS business and an understanding/experience of Financial Services in UK is essential.
