Rare, challenging and very attractive role in the Company Secretariat function of a hugely successful financial institution. The role involves supporting the corporate governance, company secretarial and Pensions and Employee Benefits management functions and sits within the Legal team, supporting both the Board and a range of committees. As well as the usual corporate management and administrative functions, the team also administers the company’s share plans and liaises with a wide range of professional advisers. The ideal candidate will offer experience of company secretarial work, share scheme and pensions/benefits administration, minute taking and Board/Committee support and a knowledge of the Companies Act and associated legislation.
