Our client, a global leader in consultancy and pensions services has an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior pensions professional to join their team in Birmingham as Team Manager of a national project team.
The successful candidate will be using their experience to manage a team of up to 9 pensions and project administrators in the delivery of regular and bespoke pensions projects for the national client base.
A minimum of 5 years experience is required, with proven ability in team leading and/or supervision. You may already be a team leader of a traditional administration team and be looking for something different to the day to day delivery of administration services to clients. It may also be of interest to senior pensions administrators looking to take a step up to a management role. You will be working closely with consultants and administration teams to delivery successful projects to clients and Trustees.
You will have strong and up to date technical pensions knowledge and ideally have this endorsed with professional pensions qualifications. Also it would be advantageous to have been involved in successful pensions projects where your experience will enhance the service delivery quality.
