Working in a team with Chris our Pensions and Rewards Manager, the Pension Manager will play a critical role in the management of pension administration within Homes England. You will be joining our small but passionate team who are committed to making a real positive change in how we administer pension provision.
Chris is passionate about delivering a first-class customer service, resolving issues informally wherever possible, taking an innovative and creative approach to people issues. Chris also has a passion for sport and enjoys running.

Working with key stakeholders and a professional Pension Team you will ensure efficient, consistent and effective resolution of pension queries and the have the opportunity to help create new pension processes.
The role will support the design and delivery of key strategic projects around pension and reward provision. There are some great strategic projects to get involved with and this is an excellent opportunity to balance day to day delivery whilst bringing innovative solutions to pension provision.
Whilst our day job is to deliver first class customer service to our stakeholders within Homes England’s pension schemes, you will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate.
You'll be comfortable supporting the Pension and Rewards Manager with complex pension issues, aiming to develop a vast knowledge of pension provision.
You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what we do as an Pension team. You will enjoy working in an innovative, fun and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade.
As an experienced pension professional you will have experience managing colleagues and be able to demonstrate you can work with others in a collaborative way as teamwork is important to us.

Selection process details
