Our Workplace Health & Wealth (WHW) Practice area has grown considerably and provides ongoing consultancy services to over 200 clients.  As a result of continued growth, we are looking to add to our DC Consultancy team. These roles can be based in either our Amersham or London offices.

About the role

Our Associate / Trainee Employee Benefits Consultants (known internally within BW as Trainee Consultants) work alongside experienced consultants to progress quickly to a consultancy role and hold responsibility for a portfolio of corporate clients.

If you’ve 12 months experience in a trainee DC consultant or paraplanner role and are looking to take that next step in your career into a client-facing consultancy role, this could be the opportunity for you!

As well as the relevant DC pensions knowledge and experience, you will be highly-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team within a collaborative environment.  You will demonstrate great inter-personal and communication skills and will be organised and competent in managing your own time effectively. You will be someone who enjoys finding solutions and working with clients.

In terms of qualifications, you’ll ideally have a minimum of a 2:1 honours degree and comprehensive support will be provided to you in relation to your study towards relevant level four qualification through either the either Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) or Pensions Management Institute (PMI).
