This is an excellent opportunity for a Defined Contribution Consultant join the Retirement Advisory practice of this global consulting firm.
You will be responsible for leading the delivery of consulting services to a portfolio of smaller Defined Contribution scheme clients (a mix of trust and contract based schemes), and supporting the more experienced members of the team on larger and more complex schemes. Your role will involve elements of research, client meetings (leading and supporting) managing client projects from scoping to delivery, and training and supporting/mentoring junior colleagues.
Candidates must have at least 3 years’ hands on experience of consulting within a Defined Contribution pension scheme environment, though this can have been gained in either an advisory or provider environment.
Candidates MUST however possess strong and demonstrable knowledge of Trust based UK Defined Contribution schemes. The successful candidate will be naturally inquisitive with strong communication skills and will be detail orientated.
