Collaborate with the Data Reconciliations Manager and the Assistant Data Reconciliations Manager to administer a significant volume of data and reconcile the monthly payments made to the Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) bank accounts. 


The role will be working hybrid from home and London 3 days a week.

About the role
  • Supervise the work carried out by data administrators
  • Providing training and offering support as required 
  • You will be highly organised and efficient to meet the agreed deadlines and service standards 

About you 
  • At least 3 to 5 years relevant pension, data administration and data cleansing experience 
  • Strong mathematical abilities and analytical skills 
  • Good understanding of DB and DC pensions schemes. 
  • Advanced data analysing, processing, and cleansing. 
  • Strong Excel skills including using pivot tables and v-lookups.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to identify errors.
