We are part of Surrey County Council Shared Services, which has a strong focus on continuous improvement through technology and has won an award for excellence in customer service.
Although we’re in the public sector, we bring a unique commercial focus to our pensions work, ensuring we provide best value for both the County Council and our local authority partners.
Right now, we administer schemes with 175,000 members across Surrey and East Sussex. We’re also making history by working in partnership with three London boroughs.
We are developing new member and employer portals, and actively pursuing innovative ways of using technology to improve our efficiency and the service we provide to scheme members.
