Within this role you will oversee multiple teams, ensure processes are fit for purpose and increase service quality to a growing client database.
Analyse team performances, ensure E&O’s and any issues are handled correctly and look at root cause to ensure improvements are made.
Manage all resources, oversee departmental budgets, understand client profitability and be responsible for the monthly/quarterly billing.
Be responsible for client Stewardship Reports, attend Trustee/Client meetings.
For this role you will need proven experience in delivering pensions operational services across DB/DC areas, adept at process improvements and excellent communication skills
