Our client is seeking a candidate who has previous office experience, ideally within financial services. Upon joining this Leading Third Party Consultancy you will provide assistance to the pensions administration team who work on a portfolio of occupational pension schemes. Your duties will include updating the pensions database, handling both Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) queries, scanning documents, dealing with member enquiries via telephone, email and in writing and to provide general administration. The Senior Administrator will coach and mentor you throughout and train you on benefit calculations and UK pension legislation. To be considered for this role, you will be computer literate, including Word and Excel with excellent communication skills.
