Challenging and rewarding interim opportunity for a skilled Senior Pensions Administration Manager working on a £multi-billion pension fund. Drawing on a successful track record delivering in-house outsourced pensions administration, or working in third party pensions administration, this is a key appointment to ensure delivery of DB/DC pensions administration services. Utilise excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills as you lead a team of staff, liaising across the organisation, with key stakeholders, trustees and external providers to ensure systems and processes are running effectively, identifying and resolving issues to continually enhance member experience, whilst managing risk and cost. Role is available initially on a c. 6 month contract basis, to be reviewed. It is anticipated role will be based working from home, longer-term with flexibility for part office/home based working.
