A brand new role has arisen with the in-house team of this large pension scheme for an Assistant Member Experience Manager. The in house team is very friendly and well established, and work highly collaboratively in order to provide the very highest levels of service to their scheme members.
Working alongside the Head of Member Experience you will take a hands on role in all aspects of the Member Experience including the provision and delivery of high quality communications, bringing new ideas to the table in terms of improving and refining the member experience, and assisting with Vendor Management responsibilities.
The structure of the Scheme is complex with a large membership which means that responsibilities are broad and challenging, but opportunities are very rewarding.
The successful candidate will be an experienced pension professional who possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, and has a solid knowledge of Defined Benefit schemes. You will ideally already be active in Client Management or Client Engagement in a pensions environment and have some people management experience.
You will ideally be APMI or equivalent qualified though this isn’t essential, though you must be ‘qualified by experience’.
