EB Administrator (Group Risk) - Birmingham
You will be working for a very successful Global Consultancy with offices UK-wide. The employee benefits teams are highly specialist and they are seeking a Group Risk Administrator to join the Risk & Healthcare practice. The clients are a mix, from SMEs to FTSE100, and your career path will be fully supported to develop you to a Risk & Healthcare Consultant in the longer term. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for both client and provider enquiries. Demonstrating good organisational skills, you will take responsibility for your own portfolio of clients, co-ordinating annual renewals, collecting and cleansing data, undertaking rebroking exercises and drafting client recommendation reports. You will negotiate with the providers on terms and ensure they act timely and provide continuous cover, as well as oversee claims and complex queries between all parties. You will be working in a similar environment and have an appreciation of Group Risk work as well as ensuring service level agreements are met.
