Excellent opportunity to join operations team of this award-winning pension platform, as they launch a new DC pension product. You will be involved in the final stages of the build plus helping with the roll out by writing procedures to ensure effective delivery.
Post launch, this will be a varied, customer-facing role, responsible for delivering quality results through effective engagement with, and handling of, customer communications, collaborating with the wider business as required.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to the design and evolution of the service to ensure the business is meeting customer needs and maximising engagement.
Defined Contribution administration experience including good technical knowledge required, as you’ll develop colleagues through training, coaching and giving technical process guidance as the portfolio grows.
