Pensions Consultant (DB) - Surrey/WFH

Our client is seeking a Pension Consultant to join the team and take on secretarial services to the Trustees, as well as provide guidance to clients on scheme design matters. You will provide support on Trustee Governance, including training and completion of the risk registers. You will prepare agendas and meeting papers, attend meetings, draft and distribute minutes and follow up on action points.
The role will include drafting member communications as well as Trustee notices. Client responsibilities will involve scheme closures, buy-ins and wind ups as well as keeping your clients updated on legislative changes. This role can be considered for an Assistant Consultant who is looking for the next step in their career as well as someone who is more experienced and able to demonstrate client management and attend meetings.
We are seeking someone with good knowledge of Trust based schemes and ideally commenced or completed their PMI qualifications or equivalent. Working in a small team you must have a flexible approach and able to adapt to changing client needs and expectations at short notice.
