A fantastic, rare opportunity to join this award-winning Third Party Administrator as an Operations Manager supporting the Client Services Director in developing the Administration Teams across three of the UK offices.
You will provide full-time management of the teams, with a particular focus on aspects such as commercial, people, client and process development. The priority of the role is the ongoing delivery of services, the development of the capabilities of those reporting to you, and of the systems, procedures, and compliance framework used by the company as a whole. There is also the potential to be involved in Client management and fee earning work.
You will assist with the tendering processes, creating responses to tenders and leading the administration aspects of full service tenders. Other responsibilities will be conducting client assignments such as trustee secretarial appointments, project work and client relationship management.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will be an experienced and successful pension professional with a strong track record in managing, developing and delivering pension's administration services.
You must be able to demonstrate a very thorough knowledge of technical pension administration activities of Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contributions (DC) schemes, as well as proven experience in all areas of the new business life-cycle. Ideally to include formulating and writing proposals, preparing and delivering client pitches and subsequent client negotiations.
