Lead the development and writing of policies and procedures, perform role of secretary to professional services committee and maintain record keeping and reporting. Be focal point of contact for all operational matters within professional standards and proactively promote best practice through training and internal liaison. Be proactive across industry bodies. For this role you will need in-depth exposure across DB and DC pensions, up to date pensions technical knowledge and experience of writing policies and procedures.
