COVID-19 presents an unprecedented challenge for all businesses and here at IPS Group, it’s no different. We believe we’re well positioned to get through this and have confidence in our ability to weather the storm. We’re an agile business by nature with all the technology in place to continue to deliver a full quality service to our clients, so please continue to engage with us for any of your recruitment needs.
All of our staff have the option to work remotely and are now doing so. We want people to feel comfortable to make the right choices for themselves and their family.
If we have interviews in process with you then please let us know if any of you would prefer to hold candidate interviews over Teams, FaceTime or Skype. Or equally let us know if you need to reschedule or postpone an interview because the interviewer is feeling unwell or self-isolating.
With all of this technology at our fingertips it is important to keep processes moving as much as possible even if it does mean changing the format by which we interview. By keeping processes moving, we can ensure you don’t miss out on your candidate or job of choice and ultimately avoid them joining or hiring a competitor who are adapting their interview processes to maintain momentum.
