Are you a communications expert experienced in Employee Benefits? This specialist role could be your ideal new job allowing you to demonstrate your creative skills, as well as your Pension’s and EB technical knowledge.
Your role will be to assist with design and delivery of employee communication strategies and then to help roll these out to clients. You will use a variety of media including written, web, films and e-marketing.
Your duties will involve engaging with clients in relation to their internal communications and communicating pension and other employee benefits content to members using clear and simple written copy, creative thinking and effective delivery. You will provide copy for off-line materials such as announcements, newsletters, booklets, personalised statements, posters, etc., alongside providing copy for websites and the online employee engagement platform. Working with the Communications and Engagement Consultant in delivery of client communication strategies will also form part of this varied and exciting role.
To be considered you will have excellent verbal and written skills with ability to communicate technical material to a non-technical audience and be experienced in creating high impact and concise content. Knowledge of Employee Benefits is essential.
