An excellent opportunity to join this leading Global Consultancy in their Hertfordshire office. 

Experience of working within occupational pensions, coupled with a proven track record of working at a supervisory level within the pension's industry is essential.  Working with the Operations Manager you will be responsible for quality and performance objectives. You will be working within an administration team servicing both member and client queries in relation to DC/DB pension schemes.  You will help to supervise workloads, developing the business and promoting the firm's values.

You will be conducting weekly reviews with Team Leaders to discuss work position and their management responsibilities.  Working closely with the Operations Manager, keeping them updated on a regular basis of all current work issues.
