The in-house pension administration function of this genuine ‘household name’ is looking to hire a Senior Compliance officer to work within their Risk and Compliance team. The team provide second line defence to support the business in achieving full compliance with their regulatory and legal obligations.
Supporting the Head of Risk and Compliance, this exciting new role has been created to work with the business to develop and embed the compliance and operational risk frameworks and communicate a positive compliance and risk culture.
You will play an important role in the development of the function, bringing fresh thinking, best practice and appropriate challenge, contributing to the growth and future success of the business.
The successful candidate will possess a good understanding of pension administration operations and associated processes and will have a proven understanding compliance and risk functions including legal and regulatory obligations within the pensions industry.
You will have strong analytical sills and experience in delivering MI to senior management stakeholders.
