Due to internal promotion, our client is looking to fill a permanent position for a Pensions Business Analyst. Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will be working with pension specialists and system development specialists to identify and specify the most appropriate solutions to requirements for changes and improvements.
The role requires an understanding of both pension administration and systems, in order to facilitate effective communication between specialists in the respective areas.
To be considered for this role you need:
* Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of legislation and an in depth understanding of pension administration, policies, procedures, for CARE and defined benefit schemes.
* Experience of implementing and testing core aspects of pension administration systems, including data, calculations, processes, letters and interfaces.
* Analytical skills with the ability to gather and evaluate requirements and transform these into comprehensible functional specifications.
