In your new role, you will help with all the operational and administrative aspects of pension provision to this company's many employees. 

You will answer and resolve administrative queries for the external administrator.  Respond to member and internal support team queries in relation to company pension arrangements.  Support the organisation and delivery of pre-retirement programmes.  Calculate contributions and benefits as required for scheme members, and provide support to HR initiatives as directed and other internal parties.

You will need an understanding of Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit pensions schemes, ability to effectively communicate complex information and issues to non-specialists, and be able to manage customer expectations.  An awareness of current pension's legislative requirements will be helpful.
