Pension Administration Manager
You will be working closely with the National Administration Manager where you will manage a team of pension administrators who administer a portfolio of both DB and DC occupational schemes. You will be ensure that strong relationships with existing clients and Trustees are maintained and attend and present at client meetings when required. Day to day duties will include solving and calculating more complex cases, performance management of the team to include reviews and appraisals. To be considered for this position you will have experience in all aspects of pension administration as well as manging a team. Ideally you should already be APMI qualified or near completion of this qualification. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude and good organisational skills are essential for this role.
