One of the UK’s leading workplace pension funds is looking to hire an experienced Employer Relationship Manager.
The primary purpose of the role is to manage the relationship with their employer members and deliver highest quality service to clients who utilise the firm to provide their staff pension arrangements.
You will be a key contact and focal point for a range of clients, and you will be responsible for initiating and developing dialogue and communication with the clients in order to effectively manage their scheme. You will help refine and improve internal processes to deliver the best outcomes for the client.
You’ll also help to manage a broad range of internal and client projects, bringing together and managing internal resource and budgets in order to deliver said projects on time and within budget.
Candidates must possess strong client relationship skills and will have ideally worked in a similar role within the occupational pension arena previously. Candidates will also have broad technical knowledge of occupational pensions schemes (primarily DB but with some DC and CARE), ideally across a full spectrum of scheme administration, scheme funding, valuations etc.
The role may suit an individual who has been a client manager within a TPA or pension consulting firm or similar.
