You will lead and manage the pensions’ agenda providing support to both the Company and the Trustee. Providing a full oversight, executive management and strategy direction of all pensions arrangements. This will include relationship management of the Third Party Administrators and Advisers, strategy, governance, budget and co-ordinate and facilitate the effective delivery of Pensions Projects. This is a role that will suit an individual who is working either as an In-House Manager or as a Consultant and who can demonstrate experience in working with Trustees at Board level, acting as Secretary to the trustees, monitoring investment performance and implementing a clear pensions’ strategy.
