Your main role will be to work with the Pensions Operations team to deliver quality assurance of Pensions Guidance services, ensuring that calls, webchat and written enquiries are technically accurate and that the customer experience standards are met. You will in addition develop a thorough understanding of the Pensions Guidance end to end business. This will involve maintaining an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of social security and pensions tax legislation and developments across the pensions and retirement saving industry.
