Due to a period of growth, this not for profit organisation requires a Pensions Manager to hit the ground running, taking responsibility for ensuring that the pension schemes operated by the company are run effectively and meet legal and industry standards.
Manage key relationships with the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS), for which the organisation has admitted body status and the various defined contribution schemes that the Company offers.
Ensure that all employees are well communicated with about company pension arrangements and are kept aware of developments.
Previous staff management is required as you will manage the small in-house pensions team.
Strong knowledge of UK pension processes and legislation, coupled with previous experience working in pension’s administration or in an accountancy, actuarial, legal or investment management role.
