Pension Consultant - Berkshire
Our client is a specialist large pension consultancy who provide services to UK pension schemes, and this position will require someone currently working in a similar pension job, able to manage a portfolio of larger and medium sized DB and DC Pension Schemes all trust based. The team are multidisciplined and work collaboratively to ensure all clients are given the best advice towards the strategy and cost of their pension provision. The services are to the Trustees and there will be liaison with other outside parties, subject to scheme and legislative changes. We are seeking someone who can manage the Trustee agenda, minutes and provide guidance and understanding to complex pension matters, governance and trustee training. As well as pension work you will be involved with managing other employee benefit arrangmenets from a client management perspective. You will be aware of commercial opportunities, ensure retention of clients and consider upselling ad-hoc projects and negotiating terms. This role has the support of the manager and assistant consultants, so you will be able to provide a consistent service to your clients, updating them on technical matters, have involvement with attending new client prospect meetings as well as employee engagement and communication projects.
