Reporting directly to the Pensions manager, you will assist in the smooth running of the day to day administration of the Pensions Department as well as projects as and when required in line with DB Pension Scheme rules and Pensions regulation. You will have two direct reports and be responsible for work allocation, checking calculations, coaching and mentoring and annual appraisals. You will also manage scheme events, compliant cases, deal with the high earners and be a point of reference on technical issues. You will attend Trustee meetings in the absence of the Pensions Manager and assist the Manager in the preparation of these quarterly meetings. To be considered for this role you will bring a wealth of occupational pensions scheme experience gained within a similar position.
