You will have strong Defined Benefit experience with knowledge of all aspects of the administration process combined with excellent technical knowledge. In this Lead role you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients ensuring the delivery of member services is in line or exceeding service expectations. You will also deputise for the Member Services Manager and take other line management responsibilities such as objective setting, training and performance reviews.
In this varied role you will also produce stewardship reports for trustee meetings, as well as participate in new business activities.
