Regional Project Manager

Are you a pensions professional with a strong track record of managing, developing and delivering pensions administration services and projects? Do you have experience working with Defined benefit and Defined contribution schemes? My client who is one of the UK’s largest Pensions Consultancy’s are seeking a Regional Project Manager to support their Projects Team.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the Projects Team with focus on aspects such as project management/delivery, people, and process development. You will report to the Head of Projects, effectively manage the implementation of new practice and process, contribute to the attraction, training and retention of employees whilst participating in the analysis of the efficiency of systems and processes.
You must have at least 3 years experience working with Defined Benefit/Defined Contribution pension schemes within a similar environment to be considered for the role.
Proven experience formulating and writing project scope proposals, preparing and delivering to clients, line management experience, contributing to complaint framework and HR issues. Ideally APMI and PRINCE 2 or equivalent qualifications in project management.
