This award winning pension consulting firm provides advice and guidance on trust based DB and DC Pension Schemes. You will work in a team, where you will provide full support to the Client Relationship Managers where you will be the first point of contact for all client enquiries, and you will also attend client meetings to draft minutes. You will monitor the service level agreements and undertake monthly invoicing and chase outstanding debt. We are seeking someone who is organised, confident to put together Trustee agenda packs, draft minutes and distribute all paperwork whilst monitoring and prompting action points. This role is a career advancing position in a busy team, you will become more involved with member communications and draft a variety of documents for the members on behalf of the Trustees as well as being involved with scheme legislative changes and put in place the Administrator to Scheme Trust Deed & Rules including liaison with other third party service providers including Solicitors, investment managers and the Scheme Actuary. We are seeking someone who is currently working in the pensions industry and keen to progress their career, is a clear communicator and can work on their own initiative.
