Our friendly in-house pension scheme client urgently needs your valuable help to deal with a backlog of work, and catching up on this whilst dealing with some monthly and annual tasks at the same time.
You will be doing anything from submitting monthly contributions (so some payroll duties and reconciliation of salaries work) to issuing of automatic enrolment letters. A core part of role will be to actively engage in data cleanse duties, responding to queries from schemes and members and suggesting improvements to existing processes.
You will be a good communicator able to answer the telephone and deal with queries in a friendly, helpful manner. You will also be able to work as part of a team, and with other members of this team ensure compliance to overriding legislation and guidance of relevant statutory bodies.
If you can start ASAP or in the next few weeks this would be ideal. Our client foresees work lasting until at least March 2019. At the end of the contract the role will be reviewed, including the department resource and if at this time they are in need of a permanent person in this post, should you wish, you will be able to apply.
