An ideal opportunity for a pension professional who has already broadened, or is seeking to broaden, into a wider compensation role whilst maintaining leadership on pensions.
Pension provision includes DB and DC arrangements; the role supports the corporate sponsor and the trustees and interfaces with all external advisers and providers.
Compensation responsibilities cover a broad spectrum from strategic Reward issues and programmes to ensuring benefit programmes are well executed.
As the in house lead on pensions and compensation, the role requires a proven professional already operating at a senior level with the ability to make a significant contribution.
