Working on a variety of DB schemes you will work in a team environment taking responsibility for day to day administration, managing cradle to grave manual and automated calculations, be the first point of contact for clients and members, draft letters, ensure accuracy of benefits and deliver services in line with regulatory and client service level agreements.
