Join this large in house team and support the Trustee Services senior management team in delivery of secretariat services to three large pension schemes. You will provide advisory support to the Trustees and their committees so that they can operate effectively and fulfil their obligations. Working collaboratively with the governance manager in the implementation of policy and process development and on the overall governance framework. You will support the preparation of Trustee meetings packs, including Board/Committee papers, as well as attend meetings, provide technical support to the Communications Advisers and manage the delivery of MNT. Experience of the UK occupational pension scheme management, along with a comprehensive knowledge of governance, audit, communications, operations and managing discretions is essential. You will also need to technically competent to develop technical policies to support the achievement of Scheme objectives. As well as have demonstrate good appreciation of trends in the pensions industry and the ability to support strategy development.
