This rapidly expanding Third Party Administration business is looking to hire a Client Relationship Manager to be based at either their Birmingham or Bristol offices.
As a Client Relationship Manager you will be responsible for developing the overall relationship with the client from an administrative perspective and maintaining high levels of satisfaction with the service from both the client and members alike. You will also a key part in the overall success of the organisation, acting as the lead for administration in both joint service and administration only new business tenders and presentations.
The successful candidate will have a proven history of managing third party pension administration clients, in both ensuring the day to day delivery of the service and in the growth of the client portfolio. You will also possess strong technical and legislative knowledge of UK defined benefit and defined contribution pensions.
APMI or equivalent is highly advantageous.
