To provide support to members and employers on more complex pensions administration issues. The role will also involve management of workflow across the benefit team, checking calculations for accuracy and quality, ensuring that Peninsula Pensions provides a good, high quality service to all scheme members and stakeholders within agreed timescales. You will work as part of a team, reporting to the Team Manager, and will work closely with the Team Manager to monitor the performance of the team and workflows, deputising as required.
