Employee Benefits Team Leader

£26,000 to £32,000 plus benefits

Employee Benefits TL required by this small distinguished Employee Benefits Consultancy.  This consultancy provides advice across a range of corporate benefits to their established client portfolio across a variety of Group Life, Income Protection, Pensions and Healthcare schemes.

You will be responsible for overseeing administration including the processing of joiners, leavers, claims and renewals whilst also building and maintaining excellent relationships with the contacts within these client firms and attending client meetings as well as the smooth running of the small EB team.

Successful applicants will have extensive experience in dealing with Group Risk contracts such as Group Life, PHI and/or healthcare propositions.
