One of the largest pension consulting firms in the UK is looking for an Operations Manager to join their West Country based Pension Administration function to support the Regional Operations Manager and to provide operational guidance and excellence across the pension administration teams.
You will be actively involved in the management of the admin teams and for the continued delivery of services with a view on numerous factors such as commercial, people development, client delivery and process development.
You will already be a successful pension professional with a demonstrable track record in managing, developing and delivering high quality pension administration services across DB and DC schemes. You will also possess a thorough working knowledge of pension administration activities and be able to apply these to any UK based schemes. In addition to this you will need experience of working within a compliant framework, with the ability to utilise these frameworks to ensure high quality delivery of service to all clients.
