One of the UK’s largest and fastest growing pension consultancies is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to help them drive their market leading DC Master Trust.
You will be responsible for supporting the Master Trust Leadership Team in developing and executing the end to end sales process of converting leads into new business wins.
The remit will include developing B2B relationships and revenue streams, enhancing and maximising relationships with the firm’s existing client base and pooling resources with the firm’s DC practice on the same basis.
The ideal candidate will have previous DC consulting experience across both Trust and Contract based schemes. They will also need to offer a track record of demonstrable B2B business development experience, including having worked with introducers such as Employee Benefit Consultants to achieve new business conversions.
