£30,000 to £35,000 plus benefits

I’m currently working with one of the UK’s leading third party pensions and administration firms who are looking for a strong and motivated team manager to run their hugely successful pensions administration team. You will be responsible for:
· Ensuring the smooth running of operations within DB Scheme Administration.
· Man management, motivation and development of team members.
· Distribution of workloads, 121 meetings, absence policies and procedures, process improvements and general management duties.
You will currently be operating in a pensions environment (provider, consultancy or in-house). The ideal candidate must have at least two years’ experience managing a team of DB pension administrators.
