Acting as Minute Secretary to the Board, attending meetings, preparing and editing minutes. Preparation and update of Business Plan, action plans, agendas, organisation chart and ad hoc project plans for Board and Sub-Committees.
Preparation of draft reports for the Audit and Accounts Sub-Committee. Maintaining database of office paper files, including safe contents, basement and off site archived files
