Within this role you will work alongside the Team leader on a portfolio of schemes. As deputy you’ll be asked to input into strategic development, process implementation and deliver high quality pensions service.

As well as delivering administration services you will provide technical advice across the team and further into the business, monitor SLAs and manage the day to day activities of staff.

You will also be in charge of annual and ad-hoc projects, deliver trustee reports and make sure all projects are delivered on time and in line with customer requirements.

Additionally you will attend internal and external meetings, be involved in staff development and support the Team Leader where necessary.

You will nee to have excellent pensions technical knowledge previous experience on DB and DC schemes and have supervised or managed workflow previously. Project experience is also beneficial.
