In the world of pensions there is always some new project just around the corner, or simply an ongoing need to review and strive to improve, streamline and enhance member service, so this medium-sized in-house pension department is always keen to hear from high calibre pensions administrators, at all levels, from junior with a few years' experience, to senior, but not quite team leader, as the roles our client has tend to be linked to administration tasks or projects, not team management.

You will be working in a multi-disciplined team within the In-house Pensions Department of a FTSE 100 Company, dealing with whatever administrative aspects of the Pension Plan are needed at the time.  The plan is a DB/DC hybrid scheme with over 25,000 members.  Roles can be interesting and diverse, and we just know you will enjoy working for this fascinating, innovative Global organisation.  If they do not have a specific urgent need at the time of you applying they will retain your details until such time as they do, so it is most certainly worth ensuring your profile is presented and they are aware of your interest in current or future roles with them, which could be on a permanent or contract basis.  The team at the present time could most certainly accommodate a further permanent member, but our client has stated that with such a harmonious yet at the same time dynamic environment, the next hire will be as much about matching the Person Specification, and ensuring they are a team fit, as finding someone with the right experience.
