Our client is leading consultancy with global presence and experiencing an exciting time of change and growth. As a result they are seeking a Junior Defined Contribution Consultant to support and lead their development in this market.
As a pension consultant this is excellent opportunity to work with some of the largest clients in the market working traditionally but also innovatively. As the 'go to' account manager to 6-8 major organisations this role involves building strong client relationships, managing workloads members and working with the Lead Consultants as directed with regards to advice being given.
The role entails working across the business, project managing the delivery, pulling the required resources together and delivering outstanding solutions. They are ideally seeking a consultant who wants to make their mark, be confident in dealing with clients and presenting the offerings of the firm.
To be considered you will need to demonstrate excellent market knowledge, be comfortable across all aspects of DC – communication, legislation, governance, compliance and hopefully have your own ideas and a commercial approach, as well as come from a traditional consultancy working on a fees basis only.
