A wonderful wide-ranging and interesting role within this friendly team of pension's professionals. Duties will be an interesting mix of operational management and client management responsibilities. You will play a key role managing high level projects internally and externally to ensure the successful and timely delivery of services to clients.
Working closely with the existing Governance & Secretarial team on a range of strategic client governance projects and initiatives you will take responsibility for the successful delivery and completion of these activities. The operational aspect of the role focuses on the delivery of a first-class secretarial service.
Your role will include preparing meeting packs to a high standard of quality, drafting minutes of meetings to the agreed format in a timely manner and preparing generic governance materials.
You will have strong technical and legislation knowledge (ideally DC) alongside experience of providing secretariat services.
