Communications Manager - London
Our global client is seeking a Communications Delivery Manager to oversee a team managing the DC communication material. You will take full responsibility for the department’s budget, the workflow and operational requirements including developing the annual plan, considering ongoing and future monthly, quarterly and annual ad-hoc projects. We are seeking someone who can develop relationship with service providers, including creative and print agencies, manage stock and ensuring timescales are monitored. Key will be your ability to initiate change and improve processes, you will prepare original communication drafts as well as improving existing templates, where it is essential to always consider the audience and compliance issues. Another key skill will be measuring feedback via surveys. To be considered you will have proven DC pension experience and a good understanding of the pensions market, as well as currently working in a pension communications position. In relation to your softer skills, the ability to lead, whilst interacting in a team environment where this Manager will encourage and monitory the small teams performance.
