In this role you will be supporting Pensions Administration areas whilst specialising in dealing with customer queries.
Responsible for complaint handling ensuring good governance within the guidelines. Analyising root cause and making process recommendations to negate future errors.
Continue dialogue with Trustees and EBC's, be responsible for manual retirement calculations, member communications and act as technical point of contact within the team.
Pensions DB technical knowledge is essential, relevant pensions qualifications such as PMI would be desirable
